The Pearl French Bistro offers the Hampton Roads area Parisian flare and casual elegance with contemporary variations of classic French cuisine created by acclaimed Chef-owner Ihsan Korkmaz.  A native of Turkey, Ihsan attended the legendary Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Ottawa, Canada.  Having worked in some of the popular area restaurants, Ihsan was eager to open his own restaurant.  Growing up in a family jewelry business, naming the restaurant “The Pearl” was perfect.  Like the coveted stone, Ihsan’s approach to cooking is valuable, precise, and pure.  Unforgettable ambiance and relaxing atmosphere exudes at this neighborhood bistro, with a menu of French mainstay dishes.
